This position reports and works closely with the Co-Founder and Executive Creative + Technology Director. Hours can be flexible, but virtual meetings to kick off the day and end the day will be integral to the success of this role.

Some of the tasks listed are being absorbed from the President of the company who will be out on maternity leave. This is a face paced work environment that requires a mix of independent and collaborative work. This role has the potential to grow and evolve as the candidate does.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • staying on top of all emails
  • seeing to executive creative + technology director's deadlines are met
  • payroll submission to outsourced company
  • quickbooks invoicing for clients
  • meeting notes
  • ensure team is utilizing project management system regularly
  • maintain internal communications
  • schedule meetings
  • first line of response to incoming communications
  • scheduling working flow  (traffic control)
 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of experience working in an agency setting
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Quickbooks, Project Management Software, Basecamp
  • Additional experience managing and working within the following programs: Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and various social media platforms
